By accessing, registering, or using any part of the NagaEmpire platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the NagaEmpire platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

To be eligible for membership at NagaEmpire, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

Nagaempire reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that its terms and conditions have been violated.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. For players who opt for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, the account closure process will be expedited and all valid remaining funds will be returned within 5 business days.

• Any valid fund balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the investigation, provided no breach of terms is established.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent activity or breach of terms will be forfeited in full.
• Players whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to re-register.
